If you happen to be at the Shangri-La Plaza Mall, and are looking for a place to eat, try Classic Cuisine, at the 6th level.
We had no idea what this restaurant was about—even though the name should have been self-explanatory. Classic what? Classic Italian? Classic Spanish? Well, we should have known—it was Classic Filipino food from different regions of the country.
I rarely eat at Filipino restos because you can have the same food at home. But we decided to try it because their menu looked appealing—nice food photos, interesting names, and reasonable prices!
MUST-TRY: Seared Tilapia in Coconut Emulsion, P350.
