The Truth About Wine

Wine is not just for special occasions. It’s for everyday drinking (everyday is worth celebrating). Wine is not highbrow. It’s fairly simple to appreciate and enjoy once you’ve begun to learn the basics. The best thing about wine is that it’s a cultural gift that does not ostracize—it can be appreciated by a broad base of consumers. Wine is educational—it has a rich history and cultural significance. And yet at the same time, it is practical—one is, at one point in time, bound to order wine on a dinner date or for a group of clients. My belief is, it’s better to know than not to know. Further advice is better left to the experts…
