I’m lovin’ this whole blue-and-brown combo that’s sprouting up everywhere, from bangles to bikinis. So I adored the awesome printed throw pillow that I found at Our Home in Mall of Asia (by the way, that place is HUGE!), plus the other pillows in similar colors. It’s only P349.75 for a set of three!
Buying pillows and other accessories is a cheap and easy way to add color to your space. Rather than buying a couch in the color-of-the-moment, you can keep walls and big pieces of furniture neutral, and just add splashes of color through a rug, your window treatment, some picture frames, a few candles, a throw draped across a chair…you get the idea. It’s also a great way to keep up with the color—you can’t repaint your room whenever there’s a hot new color, can you? (more…)
