i tried this love it sa pandesal!
try also going to their place in Malacanang but you have to make a rerservation first. they serve filipino/spanish food.

finally an easier way to eat queso de bola! i love melting slivers too in the microwave. the thinner they are, the better. i slice lots of slivers then keep them in a container so when i feel like munching on them, it’s ready to eat.

Yummy! I like grating queso de bola then putting it on sliced bread then toastin it…yum yum yum. Good this is an alternative when one is too tamad to go through all that…
