Baby Couture Diaper Bags are the hippest nappy bags I’ve seen, and they’re very affordable!

The designs are great, but the buckles look a little flimsy to me. I like the Paige bag though. Cute colors if you have a baby girl. Wish they had more bags in blue…

I have the Hailey bag and everytime i go out to use it, people ask me where i got it. It’s such a great deal because bags like these in the states go for at least $75. What a great deal!

Timmy - The bags are also perfect for students. Lots of pockets for your little items so you don’t have to fumble for your phone, wallet, i-pod, etc. Also lots of college students love the changing mat because they use it as sitting mats in the greens of the campus!
bb - Our distributors order whatever designs they to stock so I cannot guarantee that they will have a full line on display. Sorry. Our Shangri-la kiosk to open on July 16 will always have the most complete display.

Our bags priced from P460 to P760. Affordable huh? Bags all come as a set with changing mat, eiffel tower charm, and a plastic pouch for your little goodies.
Also, students looove our bags (sorry I will try to be humble next time, hehehe). The many pockets inside means your stuff are well organized and easy to find. Also the changing mat can double as a sitting mat when you can’t find a decent sitting area on campus!

I LOVE the bag! I can’t find anything like that here in NY. I’ve got Kate Spade diaper bag but I never use it coz no enough room I just settled with the one given to me when i left the hospital, can you believe that! Went to baby land greenhills yest and saw the bag and wow!! it’s really nice but i didn’t buy it. im having 2nd thots kasi, i love the alexis design but it’s more on pang girl. eh what if boy ang baby ko next time?
hope you’ll have more colors for unisex like green, orange, yellow, purple…
and buti na lang you’ve mentioned that you have a kiosk already in shang, will visit it when your next collection is out. and i hope by that time, this first collection is still on stock
by the way, i also love the hailey design, but unfortunately, there’s no zipper. kindly indicate in your website of the bag’s enclosure if with zipper or none. Like the paige and sydney, does it has a zipper?

I constantly lug around so many things to school, especially on certain days when we have our pattern and sewing class. Included in my stuff is a 17-inch ruler which I am forced to bring. It is very hard to carry considering its frailty (it could snap anytime if placed inside the wrong container). Also, I’ve been constantly dissapointed by the bags i’ve bought before (not enough pockets, space, not sturdy… etc..).
I just bought a bag from babycouture yesterday and all my stuff fit well. Even my 17inch ruler, which went right into Madeleine’s outer pocket.
Thank you Charlene! I hope you come up with more bag designs this year.
PS Can you come up with a knapsack styleline?

i have yet to check out the bags in person, but ive been visiting the website almost everytime i go online!
id just like to ask, and perhaps try to stretch the uses of the changing mat (maybe for future designs?), would it be possible to use the mat for yoga? (sheesh, bonk me in the head for this question!) wala lang, baka lang pwede… if hinde, maybe the next designs could have the “multi-purpose” mat!

Hi mina! Allow me to answer your question. I don’t think you can use the mat for yoga. First of all, it’s too small to fit the whole body! Secondly, yoga mats are made of non-slip rubber material. In other words, the mats in these bags are for sitting/changing purposes only, not really for activities–yoga or otherwise.

Hey Monica! I actually checked out the bags at babyland yesterday as soon as i got off work. I saw the mats and hahah, all i could do was smile sheepishly! Who would have a baby as big as me?? hahah! Thanks for taking the time to answer! Maybe nike will come up with a bag and mat combo in the future!

I’m seriously considering getting the Paige or Sydney for my laptop. Office-issued laptop bags are so heavy! I have yet to check out the bags for myself. For anyone who has seen these bags, do you think the straps can withstand 5 pounds? I’ll worry about the padding later.

Also, we do not recommend our bags as laptop bags because of the lack of padding. Sydney bags have skinnier straps so they will hold less weight.

In my opinion, the diaper bag has to match the person carrying it (namely you or your yaya) rather than the baby. Kasi naman if you buy a boyish diaper bag, tapos girly yung damit mo, pano na? Just my two cents’ worth

I love the bags! If I wasn’t on bed rest, I would be off to Shangrila to have a look. I like the simple style, not too flashy and you wouldn’t even realize that its a diaper bag. I think my husband won’t be embarassed to carry one. Am having twins so I guess its a good excuse to buy at least two. And I’ve got some officemates who are also pregnant, these would definitely make very stylish gifts.

Wow! Nice designs! And i love the Eifell Tower charm! Will go to Babyland tomorrow to get one for myself. Such a cute bag to lug around my stuff and my pre-schooler’s things. I like the idea of the changing pad being used as a sitting mat. I wonder how i can include this in my diaper cakes? I’m sure this will be very much appreciated by moms.

Had same experience with the Sofia bag I bought last year at Shangrila. (Visited said location just to see all available designs). Mended it twice already, but the lining still tears.

got the same bag as yours–sofia–since it’s my daughter’s name and after 2 months, the lining had been separated from the bag. Charlene was so kind to replace it. Her kiosk is at the 4th floor (i think) of Shangrila mall–just a floor below the MRT station.

I was so happy when I saw your Glorietta branch, esp. when I saw more ‘hip’ and ‘chic’ designs. Visited Shangrila mall pa last 2006 to purchase my Sophia bag. Been happy with it, but problem is the lining tear at least 3X already (I mentioned this in a previous comment last Jan 24, 2006 11:17am), so i gave up mending it to-date. Can I still exchange it for new one, though I don’t have the receipt anymore?

Sorry for not replying for so long. We have been busy with exporting our bags and now they are available in Singapore, Malaysia and very soon to Australia and the US.
Yes our store is opened in Glorietta right across from Guess Kids in G2 L2.
So sorry (again) to some customers for having problems with their bags. Rest assured, since our last shipment we have had better quality and luck with our bags because we have changed our Shanghai manufacturer!

I asked my sister to buy me a diaper bag in US. But, I changed my mind last minute when I saw this website. I love the bags, especially the CAMILLE!
Just a question though, when you changed manufacturers, did it affect the costings, ergo higher price of end product?

Sorry for not keeping in touch! A lot has happened since the last time I posted.
My little girl has started schooling…sigh…they grow up fast dont they!
Firstly, thanks all for your support over the last year and a half!
I’ll try to answer all of your questions but please forgive me if I miss some.
In mid September we finally received our new shipment from our manufacturers so now we are well stocked for Christmas. So sorry for those who can’t get a hold of our bags. We just cant keep up with all the newborns coming to our world everyday!
Our new manufacturer has certainly improved the durability of our bags but this has come at a small cost. We have increased our prices marginally to factor in the improvements we have made.
For all our followers who are not in Metro Manila, good news! We now have a couple of distributors who sell our bags online and through mail order so please visit our site soon for more details.
Also, we have finally started to export our bags to the States, Singapore, Malaysia, Australia and soon Korea and Canada.
You can also find our bags now at SM Makati, Baby & Co Rockwell and Podium and we also have a new store opening at SM Megamall in mid November!
Finally, we are introducing a new member to our Baby Couture diaper bag family called Trunki - luggage for little people! Please visit our site for more info!

hi there, how do i tell the difference between the old stock and new stock from new manufacturer?
secondly, i’m keen to sell this bag in singapore online cos the other distributors are only selling at storefront.
finally, i have a sydney yellow/black bag, the one with belt buckle, not the hook buckle. the strap is giving way though i just bought it from filgift.com in nov07. my local distributor don’t have the model and the retail price. so how can i get it replaced or exchanged?

hi. spotted the classic madeline bag at rustans robinsons ermita branch last weekend and immediately fell in love with it! finally found a replacement for my 3-yo daughter’s carter’s bag! please take note that madz now costs P895 (i guess with inflation and all!) but don’t get turned off as it’s worth it!

Bought the Madeline bag at the Expo Mom Bazaar at the Rockwell Tent this morning for P765 (10% discount from P845). Very happy with my purchase.
