XANADU: A Little Slice of Heaven

I have a short list of My Favorite Chocolate Cakes which I consider the best, and I am happy to share the latest addition to that exclusive club: XANADU, from UCC Café.
This exquisite cake is for serious chocolate lovers. It is rich and heavy, but not TOO sweet. I love the fact that I can taste the bitterness of chocolate in the cake.
