We’ve all had a rough night’s sleep at some point. We could blame caffeine or stress or someone else’s snoring, but it might help to take a look at the mattress we’re sleeping on. We tend to spend loads of money on the bed frame without paying much attention to our mattresses. But investing in a good mattress could very well mean waking up completely refreshed each morning.
Tempur is one mattress that’s definitely worth the investment. Originally developed by NASA to relieve the pressure of G-forces experienced by astronauts, it’s made of a visco-elastic material that conforms to your body. Regular foam or spring mattresses tend to fight back when you lie on them, pushing upwards; Tempur mattresses don’t exert any counter-pressure, so you don’t get those pressure points that are the culprits of backaches and other pains.
