My quest for an affordable quilted Chanel-like bag led me to Lulu. While window-shopping one afternoon at the Podium, I spotted a camel-colored oversized quilted bag with gold chain straps. At P3150, my inner bag-lover pushed me to buy it immediately. I surveyed the store for more cute handbags and found new ones to add to my wishlist—a patent faux crocskin clutch with a big bow, a studded Bohemian hobo bag, and a big metallic tote. (more…)

marie claire magazine has a regular section called “Beauty Blog” where one lucky woman talks about her experience trying out a beauty service she’s never had before. In the September issue of marie claire, the “Beauty Blog” is all about Dashing Diva, a brand new nail salon at the Power Plant Mall in Rockwell—which is apparently unlike any other nail bar in the city.
