Finally… I got to try mineral makeup, and now I know what the fuss is all about. There are a few brands around, but what I tried is Luminare from the U.S. It’s called mineral makeup because it’s made up of a mixture of natural minerals, pulverized, without extenders, preservatives, or fragrance. (e.g. Tender Tan #8 Foundation is made of: Titanium Dioxide, Iron Oxide, Serecite, and may contain Mica, Ultramarine Blue, Zinc Oxide, and Ferric Ferrocyanide)
Alright, did the periodic table just flash in your head? As a makeup, this jumble of minerals turned out pretty good.
