Instant Prize Promo

1. A customer must simply purchase any of the participating magazines (April, May and/or June 2007 issues only): Cosmopolitan Philippines, Preview, Marie Claire Philippines.

2. Upon purchase of the participating titles, the store clerk will give the customer a loyalty card. The loyalty card will contain 6 spaces to mark purchases of the participating magazine titles.

3. Each magazine purchased corresponds to 1 sticker.

4. Repeat purchases of the same title or same issue month are allowed.

5. Stickers will be issued by the store clerk or customer service representative upon payment of magazine or presentation of the receipt.

6. Upon completion of 6 stickers, customer is entitled to a premium item, which can be claimed at the participating stores. Redemption is until 60 days after the promo period.

7. Premium prize is a bottle of nail polish.

8. Customers may claim their prizes in any participating branches upon surrender of the completed loyalty card.

9. They will be required to fill out a monitoring sheet for control purposes after claiming the instant prize.

Raffle Promo

10. Upon completion of 6 stickers, customer is also entitled to join the raffle promo.

11. Customer fills out portion on the card for all necessary details (name, address, contact number/s, e-mail address) and drops the loyalty card/raffle stub in drop box located in participating outlets and gets a chance to win major raffle prizes.

12. Major prizes are:

a. 3rd prize - P20,000 Shopping Spree

b. 2nd prize - P30,000 Shopping Spree

c. 1st prize - P40,000 Shopping Spree

13. Deadline of dropping of entries is on July 15, 2007 at the store’s closing hour.

14. Grand Draw is on July 30, 2007, 6:00 pm at Summit Media, Level 1 Robinsons Galleria Mall, Ortigas Center, Quezon City, in the presence of a DTI representative.

15. Raffle winners will be notified via mail and telephone.

16. Raffle winners may claim their prizes at Summit Media, Level 1 Robinsons Galleria Mall, Ortigas Center, Quezon City, upon presentation of 2 valid IDs and the winning raffle stub.

17. Prizes are not convertible to cash.

18. Unclaimed prizes within 60 days after notification will be forfeited with prior approval from the DTI.

19. Employees, suppliers, agencies of Summit Media, Bufini, Bibliarch and Fullybooked including their relatives up to the second degree of consanguinity and affinity are not entitled to join the promo.
