When it comes to Indian food, it’s either you love it or you hate it. I happen to love it. But I am what you call a closet Indian food fan. I find it hard to admit to my strictly burger/pizza/pasta-eating friends that I am craving for curry with some serious spice and a side of soft chapati. So I was thoroughly surprised when I heard one such friend raving about New Bombay. His claim: this is the real deal—none of the dishes have been watered down to suit the not-so-brave. So with my friend in tow, I decided to see just how brave I am.
