The NOVO store is not closing down, it is the Melissa distributorship that has been stripped from the NOVO Group a few months ago.   That is why they are liquidating their stocks even if it is below their actual cost. Melissa follows a standard retail price around the world. Why is Melissa shoes being sold in the Philippines at such an EXPENSIVE price when we are a developing country whereas Singapore is a first world country but is selling at HALF price. HALF!!
