I went to the new mall up north last week—Trinoma—and stumbled upon an absolute dream of a café. Nestled up on the 4th floor can be found a quaint little resto and ice cream bar. The extensiveness of their ice cream desserts left me speechless; I had found ice cream heaven!
My friend and I picked up a flyer while walking and the picture of their Ferrero Crunch Supreme had us sold. The ‘Five’ in five cows takes its name from the five owners of the concept café. The set up is reminiscent of a white country kitchen with wooden chairs and colorful pillows while the menu is a sight to behold. Along with a wide range of ice cream creations are other “Urban Treats” including a fondue and parfaits. The ice cream cakes include options such as Black Forest, Blueberry Cheesecake, and Rocher Gateau to name a few. I had a Rocky Almond Bar, which at a P140 a slice turned out to be very generous. My friend chose the ice cream whose picture lured us in and we were both delighted.
