    So sorry for the delay. We really had so many orders we couldnt reply immediately. All orders done before November 5 should have received their confirmation of orders and the details for pick-ups/deliveries :) No charge for meet-ups, deliveries only the courier charges.

    For those after November 5, please give us till this Sunday. :)

    the starbucks planner doesn’t have freebies. but its lighter and the leather is softer than last year’s. check out starbbucks in t.morato (in front of belo) they have a sample of the planner for customers to see on the counter. i dunno if the other starbucks branches have a sample, dun kasi ako lagi pumupunta :) but come to think of it bdj is cheaper than starbucks’. may freebies pa… will bdj be selling the planners at powerbooks again?

    BDJ team: I have sent you an email today(Nov.15) and yesterday(Nov.14). Pick up was @ CBTL, Galle. 730-930 PM. You guys did not show. Saw your email regarding the printing error yesterday after I waited for 1 1/2 hours @ Galle. That was okay since you had an excuse. The email also said that pick-up was today, Nov. 15. So even when it was raining, I went to Galle (I live in Rizal) around 830 PM. You guys were not there. I asked the barista if she knew about the BDJ thing and she said that a lot of people were looking for you guys. Got home, no email from you. Am I pissed off? Yes. Professionals do not do that. You do not just leave your clients hanging. That is so unprofessional.

    Sorry for all the problems. We had a major emergency with this year’s issue. It took a bit more time, since we’ve included bookcharms by Get Happy to this year’s edition.

    Actually, by now you should have received our emails already. Please double check your junk mail, some has emailed us regarding this na rin. As policy, we text everyone we are scheduled to meet.     Hi,
    I got my planner as well, the contents are really great and informative however I think the binder cannot hold off the pages its too thick. As a result, if you turn the pages it will tear the portion were the binder is attached. I hope used a bigger binder. Actually since im so excited filling it out, what I fear most happened.. I torn the page.. =( as for the other planner I got, there was no book charm attached. Nonetheless I was impressed with whats inside. I just hope you can still improve the quality next time.

    I am too is not a satisfied BDJ CUSTOMER, i ordered a lot during the first set of orders (20% discount) & had problems due to miscommunication (late EMAIL REPLIES) you should have post the UR CELPHONE NUMBERS earlier so people wont guess. i went to the pick up place without having the assurance because you never replied to my mails. i ordered addtl planners to add to my existing lot, and to my amazement, wen i was about to pick up the planners, the addtl orders wont merit any discounts! how can that be, it says in the site that orders 31 or more gets 20% discount. it was clearly stated there. There are people depending on us too, so we need open communication. i could have ordered 31 planners to get discounts for the addtls but nothing happened. hay… you had pre-orders, you and maybe did some research on feasibility, you must have assumed all the problems that would occur… though my customers were satisfied with their planners, i as the distributor (supplier) is not =(

    It’s a business. Things should not get out of hand. They have customers who paid to get their planners… planners, which are STILL not in their hands.

    So don’t blame me for being harsh. You yourself have not heard from them. Think about that.

    Vicky we haven’t received any payments from G-Cash nor bank deposits from you. Please email us a scanned copy of your deposit slips. We requested all who make deposits to email us details and we need 2-3 days to confirm, then 2-3 days for delivery.

    We reply religiously actually, maybe not on the day itself, but we do reply. We have 5000 plus customers. Yes, it is a business. This is why we explicitly say you can only expect replies 2-3 days later,especially when you post orders online.

    You can exchange your planner without a charm in any of our pick-up points :) Please just email us so we can bring you an extra copy. We really do as a policy exchange any planners which have missing/unsatisfactory elements :)

    Hi Hmph,
    Bulk orders are accredited the discounts as promised. But once you’ve purchased your order, we can not extend the discount to additional purchases especially those less than the minimum order quantity. It’s not an accumulated order policy.

    Only accredited resellers are allowed bulk discounts extensions for their additional quantity.

    Our cut-off for meet-ups confirmations is the 9pm the night before. Please understand we can not confirm schedules emailed the day of the meet-up.

    I wasn’t able to get my reserved copy at the SMX Bazaar since it’s too far (I live in Antipolo). I asked (through email) if they could have it delivered but they still haven’t replied.

    I tried asking the partner retailers if copies are still available. They’re all either gone, reserved or non-existent.

    How unlucky can I get? Getting my BDJ planner gets to be more of a disappointment day after day :(

    less than a week before 2008 starts and i cnt wait to use the planner. gave 1 to my bestfriend and she soooo loved it… im really lovin the bdj planner though it doesn’t have much space for notes and the binding is not that good… is it possible if ud use a leather cover for nxt year’s plannr? anyway, the bdj is sooo fab… love it!

    BDJ sent an email saying the planner/s would be received 5-6 business days — i paid for the planner on dec 14 and i still have not received it…i even had to email a few times just to get a confirmation for my payment. i hope to get my hands on the planner soon and see if it was worth the wait and the hassle of having to keep on following things up with the BDJ team…

    hello bdj! im just wondering if you read my email regarding your 2008 planner. it was so hard to get bdj planner, you have no idea how much iam so delighted when i get hold of one. but to my surprise when i opened it i noticed mistakes on the calendar. im trying to decode if you have a style in presenting your planner,but really there were mistakes on your part. please recover all the planners (those with errors) and replace it asap - next week is 2008 na!. im a planner dependent. please get back to us asap. thank you.

    GIRLS! I strongly suggest that you check your BDJ planner! I got mine early December during the bazaar at the Rockwell Tent.

    These are the 3 typo errors I have noticed (not sure if there are more — eeep!). Thank God for my OCness! :)

    Err1: MARCH MONTHLY VIEW calendar=
    -March 3 is a Thursday when should be Monday; March 4 is a Friday when should be Tuesday, and so on and so forth.

    Err2: JUNE MONTHLY VIEW calendar = No June 30

    Err3: OCTOBER MONTHLY VIEW calendar= October 26 is repeated 2x

    *And BTW, I dropped by Fully Booked at the PP to check BDJ planners… and guess what - there are errors, too :(

    We found out dreadfully that certain batches had problems with the March and October monthly (wrong pick-up to the signature from the printer). We’re willing to exchange all of the planners. We’re actually just fixing the logistics of it.

    Eh yung akin nga bukod sa masikip at may typo, NATANGGAL PA SA PAGKAKA-GLUE YUNG BACK PART!!! Asar na asar talaga ako. Tinanggal ko na lahat ng coupons and lahat ng articles, masikip pa rin! You’d think they would ensure quality control for the price that my sister paid for the planner. I am so tempted to rip the entire thing off the hard binding so I can stop figuring out how to remedy this problem - kasi kahit anong glue at tape ko, natatanggal pa rin!

    Yung charm ko naman natanggal sa pagkakatali. So bago ko namang struggle ngayon ay tanggalin ang buhol ng tali para maibalik ang charm. Hay nako talaga. Maganda sana yung planner if not for these lapses in quality.

    Can you imagine how devastating the March errors are for graduate students and working professionals like me?     All planners with errors in the monthly view of March and October can be replaced regardless if you’ve written on the planner or not.

    The weekly dates rest assured are accurate, only the monthly views had errors because of the misplacement of layout. We apologize for all the inconvenience. Those who choose to not have their planners replaced, will get an automatic 10% disc on the 2009 version. =)

    I just checked mine and.. sadly yes.. there are errors on the dates. I have to get also the planner I gave as a gift to my sister to replace them. Its just that I already post pix of my son there.. sayang I have to rip off that part to glue it again when they replace my planner. I already wrote so many things na there.. btw, do they need to get the old planners? parang kaka hiya naman to give it out since all my goals and plans for 2008 is already written there.. =0. Hope the meet up this dec 31 would not cause a long line since maybe many of us will replace it.

    hi i bought mine yesterday at The Ramp, Podium. went over the coupons and the articles last night. this morning, while using it, i detected the ff…

    Mentrual Tracker:
    Nag jump on the date
    (error printed as 25, 27, 28, 29, 30), hence 26 was missed.

    February Page:
    Feb 01-13 is okay.
    Next, Feb 24-27 na.
    Next, Feb 21-02March na
    (error i dont have Feb 14-20 so i just wrote over with pencil yun Feb24-27 as Feb 14-20. this is binding error i think).

    So far, that’s the only thing I have checked. Still have to go over the other months for errors.

    Do we get consolation for proofreading our own planners for errors? :)

    Sayang nice pa naman talaga the planner. The purpose, content and it’s message.

    It’s my first time to get one, last year I didn’t buy one. I read on the preface that u went through some survey. I have several recommendations to give how u can improve it some more if you’ll allow me. For next year’s version na.

    The above errors I mentioned pwede na no need to change it coz hassle to make it exchanged for a new one I won’t have anything to use. Also, time and transpo element gastos rin.

    Another binding error I saw earlier, the OCTOBER portion - I don’t have the article & tips page. Am reading them I love ur tips page. Maybe u can just send me the addl page on that by mail?
    Then will just have my own way of inserting it.

    Would there be any other errors on my copy? If there are major ones then I guess I really need to get it changed, gosh.

    When I bought yesterday, I asked the lady when the planners where delivered to them. The lady at the cashier said it’s a second delivery which came in only last Dec26. So, I thought there would have been no errors na.

    The opportunity is really sayang.
    Am sure more ladies here would like to buy more copies as presents. I wanted to give my friend a copy since she’s having her bday today. But we are all getting hesitant. Though, I know you wouldn’t want any of this to happen as well coz lost opportunity also on your side.

    OMG! it’s almost a month since i paid and they still have not delivered my planner! super nakakainis na!!! i’m hoping naman sana that when i finally get it, it doesnt have all those typos and stuff that a lot of the BDJ girls are complaining about coz hello naman, pinaghintay na ko ng matagal noh, so super bad trip naman if matagal na nga dumating, palpak pa! wag naman sana! BDJ, if you cant deliver my planner and i dont receive it by jan 10 (or at least the tracker #), can you please just give my money back!!! it’s hard to get in touch with you guys coz you rarely reply — if you do, it’s like several days after! this is your business and email is part of your communication with your clients so you should do something about this!

    It may have taken a while, but I finally received my planners. The delay was a bit disappointing, but the person I was e-mailing back and forth with was very pleasant and helpful so that made up for it. And I checked most of the pages. No errors here.

    I’ll definitely be ordering again next year. Hopefully though, all the kinks will be ironed out by then, because the product is fantastic.
