Divisoria Mall

divi-mall-01.jpgBefore 168 Mall was built, there was DIVISORIA MALL—for bargain hunters who didn’t like to navigate the busy streets of Divisoria. Divi Mall is just like 168 Mall, but cheaper. It is air conditioned, with stalls partitioned into pasilios or rows, but also older-looking, and a bit more congested.

The main difference lies in the variety of goods. If you’re looking for more fashion stuff like clothes, shoes, bags, then you’re better off at 168 Mall. Divisoria Mall has fashion items, too, but I find the selection at 168 Mall a lot better. Now if you’re looking for knickknacks, gift items, school/office supplies, wedding and corporate giveaways, accessories, kid’s toys and party items, household items, then Divi Mall is the place.

Divi Mall is more accustomed to wholesale buyers. So it would be better to go with a friend who might want to buy the same items. But don’t be thrown off by “wholesale”. Here, it just means buying at least 6 of the same items. There is often a huge difference between buying only 1 to 5 pieces versus buying 6 of the same. Example: a mesh hamper goes for P30 each, P17 wholesale (at least 6 pieces).

Here are my recent finds:

divi-mall-02.jpg
Button earrings, P30 each. P10/wholesale.
These days, I find myself neglecting my dangling or chandelier earrings. I’ve been sticking to either hoops/discs or button earrings.

divi-mall-03b.jpg
Character totes, P50 each, P35/wholesale.

divi-mall-04.jpg
Wristlet bags, P40 each.

divi-mall-05.jpg
3-in-one headbands, P20 each.

divi-mall-06.jpg
Head scarves, P20 each.

divi-mall-07.jpg
Animal-print totes, P100 each.

Check out George Enterprises just outside Divisoria Mall on Tabora Street, for paper and plastic products—Christmas gift wrappers, paper plates, cups, styros, etc.

There is a Food Court on the third floor, with restaurants such as Jollibee, Greenwhich, and Reyes BBQ among others. Toilets are relatively clean.

* Divisoria Mall is located on Tabora corner Sto. Cristo Streets, Binondo, Manila. It can be accessed via Juan Luna Street or Recto Avenue It is within walking distance from 168 Mall.

not sure if they have jeepneys from shaw going divisoria, but i think they have jeepneys going quiapo. frm quaipo, there are already jeepneys that can take you to divisoria. then you walk to tabora to find divisoria mall. if your having hard time finding it, try asking some vendors they will be more willing to help you.

  5. Nannah Says:

cherry, the next time you go there, can i join you?!!!!! LOL

  6. shop&dineAddict Says:

Prettygal, from Shaw take the quiapo jeep, get down before u reach the bridge goin to pureza (d ilalim of the bridge is a market). then hop on to another jeep labelled divisoria. when u reach DV, from there go down and walk. turn left at tabora st and go straight ahead for the DVmall. Have always tagged along with my mom during the 80s & 90s…when I was still in highschool & college. My classmates would always rave and ask were I got my stuff :) Super hell humid during those days when they didn’t have air conditioning in their buildings :)

the easiest way to get to divisoria mall, is to ride the newest lrt, get off recto station, and then ask the friendly guards/manongs how to get to divisoria.

^hay naku sis, nasa nagdadala yan and you just have to know how to pick the good styles from the medyo baduy ones. i just came from there and there are a lot of good quality merchandise available. for a lil over 1000 i got a gray knit minidress (this ones really pretty and trendy rin coz knits and the color gray is in), red patent pointed toe flats, 4 basic puff sleeved tees in 4 colors (maroon, dark green, black, gray) and a couple of leggings.

pag sa mall yan probably id break the bank na and spend at least 4000. i just love divisoria!

  24. Jocelyn Says:

Does anyone know that if you buy enough (quantity) of items at mall - will they arrange delivery (even at small cost)?

  25. Aixx Says:

kung galing ng north papunta sa divi mall pano? i mean after nlex san mas malapit paputang divi mall and 168?

  26. Mylene Says:

How much are wedding gowns at divisoria mall? Please give me a price range? Thank you.

  27. angel Says:

hi mylene. if you wnt to buy wedding gowns try to go to tabora near 168. you could find everything there e.g. gowns, barongs, etc.

  28. Moca Says:

Hi Mylene! Haven’t seen any bridal stuff in 168 but your could find sensibly priced ones in Tutuban Mall. Aside from gowns they’ve got bridal accessories like pillows (for the rings), veils, arrhae, tiaras and more. Happy (Bargain) Hunting!

  29. marie Says:

I never been in 168 or Divi mall yet. Plan to but some cheap seiko divers watch and sunglasses for present. Is there any place you know I can check for a better price. Where to buy a cheap celfone with camera?

  34. Aquamarine Says:

grabe! i went there just two weeks ago. sobrang daming magagandang stuffs. i even saw a dress that was also sold at SM and you can get it at 168 for half the price. galing! i’m planning to go there again soon to buy gifts for christmas. basta magaling ka lang tumawad at matiyagang mag-ikot. can’t wait!

  35. donna Says:

I live 5 hours away from mla, every month nagappaluwas ako to buy stuffs n pninda since d ako pwdeng lumuwas coz Im pregnant.. I just want to know guys which is cheaper bumili, sa 168 mall or paninda along the divisoria/baclaran streets. Syempre dpat good quality at tlgng mapapbili ang costumers ko s pninda huh.. help poh!

  36. france Says:

DONNA - it’s cheaper in the streets since they don’t pay any rent. ex: CHUCK TAYLOR IMITATION 168 mall P250-P300 sa street: P120-P180 yung bibili, dapat marunong tumingin ng maayos kasi some, may sira na or defect. dapat medyo mabusisi. also, mas ok sa streets bumili pag gabi, mas maraming tinda.

any one here who already bought a wedding gown there? are their gowns styles modern?

  39. michelle Says:

hi there! you can buy gowns po dun but not there sa tabora tawid ka po sa recto ave. from tabora and from there magask ka lang po kung san very cheap po swear! madami dun promise. nagpasama kasi aunt ko dun she got a gown for 1,800 only but for wedding gowns probably 3,500 to 5,000 ang lowest nila depende sa style na gusto mo. And nung wedding ng brother ko dun kami bumili ng mga tela ng mga abay and barongs po. just forgot the name of the building marami kasi sila dun . yung shop na pinuntahan namin “elvie’s gowns” ang name. pasok ka lang sa parang eskenita ng building and magask po.. but palatandaan mo yung jolibee dun lampas nang cluster and prime building po yun. sa tabora naman po yung mga wedding souvenirs nila very cheap lang po.. but make sure you’ll make tawad sa lahat ng bibilihin mo :-)that’s what makes your trip to divi satisfying.

  40. arnold Says:

i need some items like swiss knife card…like a credit card but may swissknife just like a key card. anybody has seen this item in divi? kailangan kasi namin sa office. teinks

  41. anesno Says:

Tama silang lahat, Divisoria is the best place to buy cheaper stuffs. If you are planning to start a small business, this is the best place to buy wholesale items to earn more profits.

  42. lyssa Says:

ei! cool site you have here… m interested in doing buy n sell m just wondering f you could recommend some wholesalers whom i can buy stocks… tnx

  43. Ronald Says:

    Nice, thank you
but i just want to find the best marketplace for wholesale toys online

  44. jel Says:

hi! where can i buy baby stuffs in divi? mga colored lampin?

  45. Ria Says:

Jel, you can buy baby items at the 2nd floor of divi mall, I’ve seen some stores just by the escalator. Or if you would like to shop by the streets, there are also a number of shops selling baby items on Tabora Street (where the sidewalk vendors spread their wares). I bought my baby’s tiesides and cloth diapers there a month ago. Tabora Street is just beside Juan Luna. Good luck!

  46. Abril Says:

Wedding gowns in Divi would be around 4-8k. My friend got herself a wedding gown, her mom, three bridesmaid’s and two flower girl gowns for 15k. what a steal.

  47. sugimoto cecilia Says:

  48. Bambz Says:

can anyone here email me for contacts in Baclaran, divi or 168 mall who can provide me replica bags for my shop?
    pls email baolong4ever@yahoo.com

    Thanks!!!

  49. ritz Says:

hi…san po ba or meron ba sa divi na nail art printer, im planning to put up a small business here in nueva ecija… kahit pati yung mga kit na nail polish ang gamit aside from the printer? thanks po…

  50. anesno Says:

Maganda nga mamili dun kaso nakakahilo sa sobrang dami ng tao at makipot na lugar. Plus, mahal pamasahe ngayon especially kung sa malayo ka nanggaling, much better if you go there make sure plenty of stuffs and bibilhin mo para sulit.

  51. jennica Says:

We own a store sa divi mall. sa 168, mas maganda ng diplay, so mahahanap mo tlaga agad un mga gusto mo, pero kung wholesale, sa divi tlga, mas mababa talaga ang price. Just imagine how much ng rent sa 168.. kaya naman bumabawi talaga sila sa prices..

  52. Karen Says:
