The delay was a bit disappointing, but the person I was e-mailing back and forth with was very pleasant and helpful so that made up for it. And I checked most of the pages. No errors here. I'll definitely be ordering again next year. Hopefully though, all the kinks will be ironed out by then, because the product is fantastic. It may have taken a while, but I finally received my planners.
