Culte Femme held a fashion show recently showcasing the new collection of its designer, Hindy Webber-Tantoco.
A full-time designer for Rustan’s U, U Swim, and of course, Culte Femme, Hindy is more than just a pretty face. Already eight months pregnant with her third child, she’s very hands-on with her recent fashion show. By the way, she was still wearing 3-inch heels!
For this collection, Hindy drew inspiration from the 40s and the 70s because she wants her clothes to have a nostalgic feel. Femininity is also something she focused on for this collection and this is very evident in the pastel colors she used.
Here are pictures from the fashion show!
High-waist pants, ribbons, large button details, and the ruffled tops –a pleasant mix of 40s nostalgia and 70s retro.
Ivory brocade bolero, P2250. Ivory formal tank, P795. Pink high-waisted capri, around P1400.
Satin ruffly top (comes in teal, black, gold), P1450. White bow belt, P695. Cuffed khaki capri, around P1450.
Peasant blouse, around P1900. Pink high-waist pants, P1850.
Grey double bow tie top, around P900. Formal high-waist sailor pants, P1850.

Mesh zebra top, P895. Pink satin clutch, P1450. Satin ruffle shorts with self belt, P1250.
Pink smocked turtleneck, P995. Ivory brocade jacket, P2950. Khaki ruffle shorts, P1250.
Lilac long-sleeved top with ruffle bib, around P1400. Brocade high-waist skirt, P2250.
This was the only shoe style used by all the models for all outfits. Very easy to match.
Pink croco peep-toe wedge, P1650.
Though metallic shorts can give us a futuristic impression, Hindy was able to show that pairing it with a 70s-inspired top can work!
3-tiered top ivory, P1650. Silver lame shorts, P1250.
Heard lots of “ahhhs” when this dress came out. And it’s only P2650!
Zebra mesh and lime satin dress, P2650.
Love the lacy detail of this clutch!
Gold brocade clutch, P1150.
A striking handbag that can take you from work to play.
Silver lame portfolio bag, P1650.
Everyone at the office will be asking for your stylist when you wear these!
Pinstripe dress with belt, around P2400.
Low-back wover 3/4 dress, P2450.
Look at the loopy detail on the shorts, top, and waist—gives the clothes a very delicate feel. Very feminine indeed.
Olive satin blouson top, P1950. Corded shorts, around P1900. Silver lame hobo bag, P1650.
Corded trapeze, around P2000.
Pink corded halter dress with belt, around P2000.
There’s something for everyone and every occasion in this collection. From casual shorts, to sweet cocktail dresses, and even long dresses for formal events.

Pucci print low-back tunic/dress, P2150.
Champagne blanco dress, P2850. Satin clutch, P1450.
Long, printed blanceo dress, P8650.
Halter corded long dress, around P3400.

hi everyone, thanks for posting your comments. most of the items are already available at rustan’s makati 2nd floor. almost everything is under 2k, except coats, long dresses and cocktail dresses which are under 3k. would love to see you at the shop! you guys will look fabulous and unique with these get-ups. cheers!

i think ur designs are all lovely, none are tacky at all. well that’s just my opinion.
i hope lang these new styles will be available in rustan’s cebu coz i noticed your stocks there are more limited compared to culte femme in makati. ba’t ganun..cebuanos have great taste i assure you. and we are shopaholics too. hehe

I just went to check out Culte Femme and there are hardly any T1 sizes left for most of the items that I was thinking of buying…particularly the dresses.
Does anyone know if they will be available again? I was going to buy the zebra mesh and lime dress, and the venus bustier dress.

Your clothes are soooo GORGEOUS!! in fact I went to ur shop in glorietta hoping to buy the - grey double bow tie top in (picture #4), but the attendant informed me that there isn’t any stock yet..Hope this becomes available soon.. am dying to try it on! Thanks =)

hi apol, caroline and ciara! thanks for the comments. yes, we know about the limited stocks in cebu. we are trying to fix that real soon. in fact, we have plans on renovating our shop inside rustan’s to make everything look fresh again. meanwhile, please send me your email addresses and/or cellphone numbers — i’ll make sure our sales associates call you when we have new stocks.

hi hindy! I really love your collection. My budget for clothing is usually 1,500 a piece (or if possible, lower!), but I don’t mind going over my budget when I buy it from culte femme.
it’s so worth it!
