I took my sweet time to help myself to Caponata and Sate. After all it’s not usual to have vegetarian food delivered at your doorstep. Eight years ago, there were only a handful of vegetarian restaurants and certainly no vegetarian food delivery in this country.
Yoga Café’s food comes to you in clear packing, allowing you to see the freshness right away. Sate is a dish of savory toasted tofu strips. Caponata’s juicy and crunchy mix of cucumber and tomato cubes are supplemented by capers and olives. This set the tone of my dinner.
