LIME

We’ve been seeing a lot of jersey material in the form of tops, dresses, skirts in the last year or so. And I love jersey because it’s very comfy, versatile, and easy to dress up or down, layer, and what-not. At the same time, because it’s everywhere, the styles are starting to look alike. That’s why LIME is one of my favorite places to shop these days.
According to LIME CEO Marissa Ampil-Mendoza, “LIME is only one of two brands that sell clothing predominantly made of cotton-rayon jerseys. The concept is a little bit Japanese-y, avant-garde, minimalist, classic with a twist.”
I like the colors they use, the way the clothes are cut, and just the little details that make the pieces a little more unique. And the prices? I thought for the way they looked, that they would cost a whole lot more: MORE »
