Mario’s Kitchen Soup…and it’s coming from Mario’s Kitchen!

Before devouring all the sweets that the Valentine’s season has to offer, don’t forget the main course. We all love sweets, and they may add a few inches to your waistline, but they’re not enough to satiate your hunger pangs—ask your boyfriend!

Mario’s Kitchen offers the cuisine and ambiance fitting for the season of romance. Though accessible through C5, it steers clear of the noise and crowds in bustling business districts, especially during this date-heavy time of the year.

For a classy restaurant, meals are a steal at below P1,000 per head. Every main entrée from February 13 to 15 includes their appetizing Creamy Pumpkin Soup and Caponata. The Caponata is a healthy combination of stewed eggplant, tomatoes, onions, peppers, capers, and raisin, topped with melted white cheese.

Steak lovers will delight in the pan seared Herbed Fillet of Beef. Just like your coo-some twosome, it takes a duet of delicately seasoned beef tenderloin fillets to complete the burst of flavor offered by its special mustard cream sauce and savory herbed olive oil vinaigrette.

If you’re keen on seafood, the Prawns Thermidore is a fitting choice. The creamy Florentine sauce enriched with a flavorful quartet of spinach, cream, parmesan, and mozzarella cheese complements the fresh prawns.

As for dessert, feast on the melt-in-your-mouth Pannacota with a luscious triad of fresh strawberries, nuts, and semi-sweet chocolate.
