Fondly called the “nomadic flower” for its ability to grow anywhere, the red poppy is beautiful and striking in its simplicity. It is both delicate and strong, a true “flower of the city” that elicits delight wherever it grows.
Despite its fragile appearance, poppies have a strong power where scents are concerned. Thus, it is chosen by Kenzo Parfums to symbolize its fragrances, which combine a sensual, spontaneous, and powdery floral harmony in a bottle.
As a tribute to the vibrant poppy that best symbolizes the Kenzo products, Kenzo is launching flowerbyyou.com, an interactive website where visitors from all over the world can share their own photographic take on the red poppy. Each visitor will be given a “garden,” his own profile on the website, where he can upload his photos and let other users comment on them. These photos are official entries to the Flower By You photography contest that will be judged by the Kenzo jury led by award winning photographer Patrick Guedj.

The jury will choose the 100 best photos that will be published in a book, along with the contributions of famous writers and journalists. Five of these best photos will be printed in leading international magazines. The winners will also receive a collection of the FlowerByKenzo products, including four variants of the FlowerByKenzo perfume, FlowerByKenzo deodorant stick, milky shower cream, deodorant natural spray, creamy body milk, and pearly poppy cream.

Kenzo is also holding an exclusive contest for its Philippine market, which means entries from the Philippines will have greater chances of winning! Ten sets of prizes will be given away for these winners.
Entering the contest is easy. Simply log on to flowerbyyou.com, create your own garden, and start uploading photos!
So good luck, and may the prettiest poppy win.
