one of my most hated restos, hindi consistent ang taste, tapos ugali pa na hindi magsukli (wala na yatang value sa kanila ang piso at 25 cents), sayang din un if u eat there everyday (like in rcbc since sa office). may times din na super tagal ng service

really? i think hindi naman talaga magiging consistent ang taste because it depends on what you want them to put i n your bowl. So the taste really depends on you. one of your most hated but it seems you have gone back there more than once (peace) for you to comment na hindi consistent ang taste. If they don’t give you exact change then it is your right as a customer to demand for it.

My family’s fave resto. We go to Festival Mall outlet 2 to 3 times a week coz so much choices and affordable naman. My husband enjoys their eat-all-you-can Mongolian Bowl. Nakaka-crave ang lasa!

I went to the MQS branch in the new Waltermart North Edsa. I ordered my favorite dish Oriental Shrimp Pasta. The food and service was great plus the owner was very accommodating.

one of your most hated but it seems you have gone back there more than once (peace) for you to comment na hindi consistent ang taste. - of course, coz i work in rcbc for years, where would you go for lunch over & over but only on the restos in your bldg.
If they don’t give you exact change then it is your right as a customer to demand for it. - agree, & i do at times, but it shows na they are trying to gain some undeserved income from this, not everyone would have the guts to ask, i believe this is not the right way to treat your customers

suggestion lang - maybe you can complain directly to the manager /management since you stay in the same building. If I was the owner I would attend to complaints to give better service. Good luck

MQS Galleria is where i often eat. Reasonable nga ang price at masarap din talaga. Better than the fastfood stalls sa tabi nya.

To Alicia: I hope you give MQS RCBC another chance. We are going to the outlet next week to address your concerns.

i don’t, i don’t care much, i just try to avoid the place as much as possible. if you care too much about them then do so. just thought about sharing my experiences
btw, java rice is also very oily, papalitan nyo na lang ng plain rice mga meals nila na java rice ang kasama

well.. i am not a stockholder alicia. And I am not trying to defend them. Irregardless of what restaurant - if you are not satisfied the first time then don’t go back. Or else mag baon ka na lang

I love MQS! Used to eat at the SM Fairview branch frequently. Too bad it closed down.

I definitely love eating here. I used to patronize their branch in Pbcom Tower but when I moved offices, I would go to their branch in Festival Mall and Robinsons Pioneer. I also tried their branch in RCBC but sad to say, they dont live up to the standards. Is the owner of Festival Mall and RCBC branch the same? If so, hope you can check this branch. It takes awhile before you are served. The staff is a bit unfriendly and to think it was lunchtime. The food tastes okay but I guess the service really sucks. You have to ask them to refill the ingredients otherwise they wont. Also, last time I ate in Pioneer, they have a meal that is smaller than the regular sized Mongolian bowl, priced at P95, but they dont offer it in RCBC and the big bowl was just too much for me to eat.
Hope you can look into these improvements. Thanks!
