Don’t you just hate bumping into someone wearing exactly the same dress you bought from a boutique in a mall? If there’s anything we dislike about clothes bought from the popular retail stores, it is knowing that a lot of other people probably have the same thing.
Which is why we can’t help but appreciate online stores and start-up clothing lines that offer great alternatives to clothes bought from the mall. With their distinctive offerings you can be sure you run a smaller chance of finding anyone entering a room garbed exactly as you are.
If you’re currently looking for one-of-a-kind dresses, you might want to check out the designs of Dev et Zay. Their designs are unique, yet still wearable and mostly come in classic shades of black, white, and gray. If you’re tired of the usual girl dresses or the avante-garde styles, their collection is certainly worth giving a second look. What’s more, they are a steal at only P600 to P900 a piece.
Yet the brand brings to its accessories all the color and funkiness it steered clear of in their dresses. They offer hand-painted clutches, cuffs, and belts that come in loud hues and hip designs that are instant conversation pieces. Liven up your outfit with one of these pieces.
Check out their designs after the jump.
Dev et Zay is currently developing its Multiply account, but you may contact them for more details and orders at 09224903790 or email dev_et_zay@yahoo.com.

umm… the first dress isn’t THAT bad. and maybe if worn with a bea valdes-ish necklace, it would look better? but its fabric is a problem. the girl’s underwear’s showing through. i think fabrics like that are meant for shirts and never for skirts, sorry. the designers might wanna do something about it

Their dresses are actually nice! Bought from them before at the St.James Bazaar in Alabang, really one of a kind. Most of the dresses fit small frames though.

omg haven’t read so much anguish in blogs since britney spears.. well I agree with most of the gals who spoke up… the designs are too common.. like you’ve already seen them before.. the one with the bow looks weird though.. it doesn’t go well put together.. maybe the wrong decision here was to feature the designs that are not the most fashionable of the bunch these designers made.. (or maybe these are the most fashionable???!! geez..) tough luck! check out http://eightone.multiply.com/ these are the ones worth your 600-1000 bucks!! haha

Checked out helena’s site. You are absolutely correct your clothes are worth it. Geez… dumb attires and for those pretending it is fantastic… c’mon…. don’t be pretentious. My maids have better attires
