Get polished in this nail spa

With all the nail salons and spas mushrooming everywhere these days, each must have something extraordinary about them to stand out and be the pampering destination of choice.
Get Polished! for instance, makes it imperative for you to get the ultimate pampering experience you deserve. In fact, their tagline “Prepare to be pampered” says it all. “When you get in, you get the works,” says owner Rachel Concepcion.
After a three-hour hand and feet pampering session with them, I felt so soft and fragrant all over—even if they only worked on my arms and legs. The softness lasted for days, and anyone who touched me noticed it. I haven’t even gotten yet to how pretty my nails looked after their wonderful mani-pedi services, complete with nail art.
If it weren’t for the fact that this nail spa is located in BF Homes Parañaque, I certainly would come here more often. Sadly, since I live in the North, I can only visit this homey nail salon once in a while. However, ladies based in Parañaque, Las Piñas, Alabang, Makati, and other nearby areas will certainly find Get Polished! the new nail haven they would love coming back to on a regular basis.
One look around the place told me that my hands and feet were in for a real treat. The interior’s homey atmosphere, with its pastel purple, pink, and green color scheme instantly put me at ease. “We really wanted to put our customers right at home as soon as they step in. Our place evokes the feeling of being relaxed in your own comfy living room. We wanted this instead of a modern look that’s common among nail spas and salons out there,” says Rachel.
They even set the mood by playing soft music that could lull you to sleep; in fact, I did see another customer slipping into a peaceful nap a few minutes into the treatment. The attendants also share that other customers appreciate the fact that the place is so quiet; you will not be disturbed by attendants loudly speaking to each other. For the most part, they silently focus on giving you the best service they could.
I was led to one of the comfy and spacious chairs, and the staff immediately attended to me. They even served me a steaming pot of tea. I was going to try their signature Get Polished Spa Pedicure (P350), which included a warm, luxurious soak, aromatic salt scrub, and therapeutic massage, and Totally Polished Spa Manicure (P450), which has all the elements of the Get Polished Spa Pedicure, plus the moisture-rich shea butter treatment, wherein I had to wear heated mittens, to further moisturize my skin. This was done in place of the paraffin treatment which they feel may be too hot for me.
Before they started the treatment, they asked me which salt scrub and shea butter scent I wanted, and I opted for strawberry since I’m into sweet, fruity scents. The salt scrub is made from Dead Sea salt, mixed with various fragrance oils, with almond oil as carrier base. Other available scents include lavender, choco-caramel, green tea, eucalyptus, vanilla, mango, and peppermint, which happens to be their bestseller but was out of stock when I visited.
Read the full details of each treatment they gave me on the next page.

Hi Trixie,
Thanks for featuring this nail spa. I had the chance to visit them last Saturday and I’m sooo satisfied with the service.
And you are right, the colors of their nail poish is so varied. I had a hard time choosing my color for my nails.
I will definitely come back!

I was so happy with the place until they cut my finger and left my toe infected. I was so furious when the nail technician accidentally cut my finger. When I looked and saw there was blood I couldnt stop but get mad.
I’m sorry I love the place but i Hope the technicians would have more training.

Hi Irish,
I’m so sorry to hear that. It’s serious to have your finger cut and your toe infected.
I’ve been informed about the accidental cut on your finger but nothing about your toe.
Can you let me know the details please and how we can make it up to you?
Regards,
Rachel

the ambiance was great but i did not like their nail polish. they may be imported but the quality is inferior. i had a foot spa and a pedicure here last month. unfortunately i was wearing half-open toed sandals. they put my toes under the nail polish dryer for a good 10 minutes. when i stepped out of the spa, i looked down on my toes and to my horror, most of the polish were rubbed off! when i got in the car, i tried to wipe everything off with a tissue and most of the polish came off easily. mas-okay pa ang caronia. hmmmm…

I’m a regular customer at Get Polished and the staff are very accomodating. I had chipped my nail polish the following day and went there to have it redone. They did my entire hand at no extra cost..
I’m a regular customer here and I love the place.

I am a regular at this salon and every other week, they have a new array of nail polish. Last week, they’ve added Orly to their existing line of Essie, OPI, China Glaze and Seche.
I simply love the place and the way they take care of their clients.

I just went there today and I got the Get Polished Manicure and Pedicure Set + French Tip Nails and the service is sooo good. It was so worth the long travel from Mandaluyong to Sucat (I was told though that they will be opening a branch in QC — I’ll definitely watch out for that). The service was really the best. I’ll definitely be back for more

Hi,
I tried their moisture spa mani and pedi and it was great. The shea butter used on me was heavenly and my skin really felt soft and smooth.
