…By this we mean addiction to coffee or tea.

Everyone seems to be dependent on coffee or tea these days to function, mostly out of habit or craving for the taste. So many of us have at least one cup of our favorite drink each day, sometimes not even caring if a cup costs us over a hundred bucks. Given the amount of money we’re willing to shell out for coffee or tea, wouldn’t it be great if we could actually help a worthy cause in the process?

You can do so with The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf’s “Give in to Giving” promo, wherein every card you complete helps an advocacy of your choice and gets you a Limited Edition Artists Notebook.

Read on to know more about the promo and advocacies you can support simply by drinking your favorite drink.

You can complete the 12-drink stamp card by availing of four of your favorite drinks: Ice Blended, Espresso-based, Tea Latte, or the newly launched Double Chocolate Drink.

Once all 12 drinks and stamps are completed, the customer can choose one advocacy to support. A form in the ticker card shall be filled out to indicate the chosen advocacy. The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf’s wide selection of beneficiaries gives its customers a chance to support the cause they are most passionate about. They have partnered with 12 organizations that cater to different advocacies:

Kababaihan Gabay sa Bayan (KAGABAY) – In helping send kids to pre-school, CB&TL will give P600/child in your name.

Hey! This is similar to what Starbucks is doing! I think it’s great that more and more companies (well, coffee shops in this case) are doing this. It’s a great way to “give back”. :)

I am not a coffee-fanatic but I look forward visiting CBTL not for their coffee but to get the chance to help those organizations. And who knows, I will get new fancy - of drinking coffee. ;p

Hope other buisnesses get into the same direction.
