Have you made a resolution to exercise more frequently―and kept it so far? If running happens to be your fitness activity of choice, maybe you can treat yourself to the latest pair of running shoes from Nike.

The Nike Zoom Start+ 2009 and Nike Air Span+ 6 made by footwear designer Sebastien Mermet both have the unique fit, great comfort, and uncompromised style that runners require. They even have the technology to monitor your running stats and sync with your iPod. How cool is that?
Inspired by his own experiences in relay races, Mermet believes the ultimate running shoe has good cushioning, stability, and lightweight performance. To achieve this, Mermet used Flywire technology to create Nike Zoom Start+ (P4,995), which has thin yet strong fibers to help support the foot, even with obvious reduction on the forefoot overlays.

Zoom Start+’s open mesh and seamless construction in the forefoot makes the shoe more breathable and comfortable. But if you think this compromises the shoe’s lifespan, rest assured that its durability and traction are reinforced by segments of carbon rubber on its higher zones.
If you’re seeking to improve your speed and distance, Zoom Start+ is perfect for you, as it comes equipped with the Nike+ innovation, which allows runners to see vital workout data, including speed and distance covered.
Meanwhile, those who like to run with their music player plugged to their ears would love the Nike Air Span+ 6 (P4,895), which you can sync with your iPod Nano so you can take note of vital data, such as speed and distance, as you listen to your workout playlist.

Boasting of the same capabilities as Zoom Start+, Air Span+ 6 has a sleeker design and is very light despite being tough. It is engineered to help enhance your running performance minus the weight on your feet.
Air Span+ 6 also uses Flywire, applied particularly in the midfoot for a fit that provides more support. A decoupled lateral crash pad in its outsole reinforces the natural motion of the foot and provides good cushioning, making Air Span+ 6 extremely comfortable.
Nike Zoom Start+ and Air Span+ 6 are available at Nike Park Glorietta, Greenbelt 3, SM Mall of Asia, The Fort, and North Triangle.

Hi,
Does the Air Span+ only work with an Ipod Nano? How about the other types of Ipod?
Thanks!

Nike+ shoes work only with iPod Nano and iPod Touch. You have to buy the Nike+ kit separately also.
