Love your body, look great at any age

Around the world, almost eight out of ten women are unhappy with their body shape. At 20, cellulite becomes one of their biggest concerns. Roughly ten years later, they complain about how their body starts to lose shape. In most cases, women just want to lose a few centimeters around their thighs, hips, waist, and stomach.
The reason women’s bodies begin to change around 30 is all because of nature. Pregnancy and decreasing hormone production play their role. Certain areas gradually start to develop fatty deposits. For some women it might be the hips, for others it might be thighs. Yet all these fatty deposits have one thing in common at this age: they are harder to get rid of now than when women were younger. Apart from pregnancy and changing hormone production, cell metabolism starts to slow down even before women reach 30. As they get older, cells produce fewer collagen fibers, which are essential for a shapely body.
