Love yourself; indulge in these yummy Valentine treats!

Love is truly in the air, whether you’re spending Valentine’s Day with someone special or not. Even if you’re dateless tomorrow, there are a lot of reasons to enjoy this holiday of love.
Here’s one sweet reason: Dairy Queen offers fancy new concoctions of their classic treats that are impossible to resist.

Dairy Queen gives its bestselling Blizzard a twist by adding sinful brownies to create its two special Valentine flavors.
Those who love DQ’s Strawberry Blizzard (price starts at P79) will definitely fall for the new Strawberry Brownie Blizzard, a wonderful combination of strawberry syrup, creamy vanilla soft serve ice cream, and generous amounts of premium brownie pieces.
As much as I love strawberry, I must say I have a newfound love: the Espresso Brownie Blizzard, which mixes full-flavored coffee syrup and premium brownie pieces with DQ’s vanilla ice cream. I’m not even a coffee addict, but I just loved the luxurious combination of coffee and vanilla in this treat. I’m sure coffee drinkers would fall for this, too.
Fellow tea drinkers will also rave about the new Strawberry White Tea Smoothie (starts at P99 for 16oz). The concoction of real strawberries and delicate, antioxidant-rich white tea is surprisingly satisfying. I recommend this for people who don’t want their drinks too sweet, as this smoothie somewhat tastes like yogurt—only better.
If you’re looking for something really cute to give your sweetie, why not treat him or her to the Dilly Bar Heart (P35)? This Valentine take on the classic Dilly is appropriately heart-shaped, dipped in luscious chocolate, and drizzled with strawberry candy.
It doesn’t really matter if you’re spending Valentine’s with a sweetheart or friends and family, as long as you’re spreading the love and getting your little sweet treat!

Dairy Queen’s Valentine-inspired collection is now available in DQ outlets in Robinsons Galleria, Gateway Food Express, Eastwood, SM South Mall, Festival Mall, Glorietta 4, Ali Mall, Coliseum Circle, Araneta Coliseum, Trinoma, Farmers Plaza, SM Taytay, SM Megamall, and Shell NLEX. Watch for new branches opening soon in Alabang Town Center and SM North Edsa.
