The moment Nike’s new styles came out, I couldn’t help but head for the nearest mall to shop for these sportswear. They certainly gave me and a health-conscious friend enough motivation to work out—if only to wear our new hip gym clothes!

Just one look at this fuchsia Graphic Rib Tank (P795, also available in blue, white, and light pink), for instance, got me excited for my weekly run—I even considered signing up for gym sessions, if only to workout in it. What I loved most about this cotton tank was Nike’s Dri-FIT fabric. With this top on, a friend said I didn’t look sweaty at all even after jogging for some time. It was like magic! You can even pair this tank with jeans on casual days. Its length also allows you to layer it over another tank.

Another piece I like is this pretty lime green Sporty Seamless Tank (P995, also available in fuchsia, white, and blue), a skinny racer back top with a sweetheart neckline. You can layer it over your loose shirt to make your usual gym attire look funky. Jogging with this top on over a sports bra, I found that it felt cool because of the ventilation provided by the somewhat mesh parts of this jersey.

* Sporty Seamless Tank (P995)

It’s a must for rigorous workouts that you give yourself proper breast support. Bras with underwires aren’t comfortable when you’re working out or running, which is why Nike’s Dedication Short Sport Top (P1095, available in fuchsia, white, and blue) is such a welcome alternative. It lessened the pressure and pain on my chest. It’s a definite must-buy. You can wear it by itself (as a top) or under your tank top or shirt.
