Hello ladies (and uh, gents)! My name is Leona and I am ShopCrazy’s newest crazy person on board! Just kidding. I’m your new Shopping Editor and while I’m not really nuts, I am crazy about shopping, and I will try my very best to keep you updated on the latest and most fabulous finds in the metro.

But before I start preaching about the newest shopping haunts, a short background: I’m 27 and married with no kids–yet. After working as a fashion buyer for Esprit for four years, I became a stylist and fashion writer, and my work has appeared in Marie Claire, Cosmopolitan, Candy, Women’s Health, and OK! I also write fashion and shopping articles for Spot.ph and Femalenetwork.com, and I’m also a personal shopper. So you see, I pretty much live and breathe fashion. And just like you, I try to satisfy all my shopping cravings on a working girl’s salary.

Through the years I’ve come up with lots of shopping rules and philosophies ranging from what I call the “Gasp Factor” to the  “Below P1,000 Rule,” all of which you’ll learn about in my future blog posts. I’ll also tackle other shopping shopping-related topics regularly, such as The 10 Best (of anything!), a Fab Find of Week, plus the latest in beauty and fashion and of course, those super-handy sale alerts!
