Accessorize Spring / Summer 2010 Collection
by Leona Lavina-PanutatA quick glance at my closet reveals my style as “not-so-basic basic.” Meaning I tend to gravitate toward classic shapes with interesting details. I almost always shy away from prints. In fact, the only “prints” that I ever really wear are stripes. In fact, my passion for stripes is turning into quite an obsession (okay, I’m beginning to digress—more on the stripes invasion in a future post).
My accessories drawer, however, is a different story. Here you will find stacks and stacks of bangles in every color, a handful of rings, layers upon layers of scarves in every print and texture, plus a whole lot of necklaces. And when I say a whole lot, I mean A WHOLE LOT! (Go ahead, ask my friends.) I guess I rely on my accessories to be the source of all my drama, wardrobe-wise. I let them do all the talking. I love how easy it is to transform an outfit from quirky prepster to sexy bohemian with just a change of earrings.
