Helen Li Blas says that, above all, it is good health that makes her body happy. “When you are healthy, your hair becomes shiny, your skin glows, and people can’t help but notice your eyes sparkle with every glance,” shares this vibrant 20-year-old, who attributes eating more vegetables and less red meat to the vast improvement in her health. Helen highly recommends her change in diet to anyone who wants to feel better about him- or herself, saying, “A healthy body means a beautiful body.”

“Now that I live a healthier lifestyle, I can literally see and feel the difference,” admits our winner, who now considers wholesome frozen yogurt “better than ice cream.” This commitment to get fit—and stay fit—is ultimately what keeps Helen happy, both inside and out. “I have learned the wisdom of taking care of my body from within, which of course results [in my improved] physical appearance,” she says. “My happy time body language is taking care of my body and treating it right, so that I can do whatever I want to do.”
