Chinese Wedding Setup

Getting married between May 1, 2010 and December 31, 2011? Sign up for the chance to win a free wedding reception worth P500,000 in the Mandarin Oriental’s “Our Wedding Proposal” raffle draw. The prize covers food and beverage, room accommodation and other amenities included in the hotel’s various wedding packages. In addition to the grand prize, they’re raffling off hotel vouchers for a weekend stay at the luxurious Mandarin Oriental Club, and dinner for two at The Tivoli. To qualify for the raffle, confirm with the hotel on or before April 15, 2010.

Choose from their four new wedding packages and themes catering to every budget and styles: A luxe designer theme featuring the Royal Doulton’s Monique Lhuillier Collection showcases dinnerware designed by the high fashion bridal designer; “Filipiniana” features traditional, romantic setups with touches of antique silver and lace embroidery; “Oriental” honors elegeant Chinese traditions using gold-toned linens and Asian fans, while “Modern” uses spring floral arrangements spliced with sleek geometric shapes. The themed table arrangments start at P18,000 for each table of ten persons.

Filipiniana Setup

The Mandarin Oriental’s Platinum Chinese and Platinum Western packages (starting at P325,888 for sit-down menus, P346,888 for buffet menus for a minumum of 150 persons) include:

-a Hong Kong Honeymoon (including a round-trip ticket for two, a two-night stay at The Excelsior Hong Kong)

-an overnight stay at a deluxe room

-the use of a bridal car for three hours

-an ice carving with a floral arrangement
