A couple of weeks ago, my husband and I were fortunate enough to be invited to Manila Art’s Gala Night.  With it being a formal event and all, I had to look my best.  So I busted out my all-black sequin top, long chiffon skirt, and satin peep toe pumps. I figured red lips and a natural face would be the perfect compliment to my outfit.  En route to the event, I decided to check my makeup one more time. I pulled out my compact, and–Ack! Gasp! Que Horror! My face was clearly outshining my top! My, oh my, oiliness is definitely not next to cuteness! I quickly rummaged through my clutch bag and pulled out my Kleenex Facial Oil Blotters.

How I end my day depends on how easy or stressful it went. If it’s a normal day, meaning errands, groceries, and an afternoon spent writing, I usually just jump in the shower, slap on some moisturizer, and hit the sack. Japonesque Travel Brushes

I adore traveling. For me, nothing brings as much joy as exploring a new place. I love visiting museums, checking out the architecture, trying out local dishes and of course shopping! Now, I don’t mean to brag, but I have packing down to a science. I have a detailed outfit planner that has photos of every single item that I intend to bring with me. I am a lot of things, but graceful I will never be. Ever since I was a little girl, I’ve always been clumsy. I would constantly fall of my bike, scrape my knee or bump into something.
