Drink (moderately) and be merry

wine.jpgThere are many differences between red and white wine—aside from color, of course. One of them is the grapes they’re made from. Red wines are made mostly from black and red grapes whereas white wines are from green grapes.

Another is their fermentation process. For white wines, the seeds, stems, and skin are removed from the juiced grapes after squeezing them. On the other hand, the stems, seeds, and grape skin are left in the grape juice of red wines.
